2002-2012 The Mint Decade
Over the past decade, from time to time, I have had the great fortune to work as a freelance Designer, and Digital Media Consultant for the The Mint Museum in Charlotte, N.C.. If you haven’t had a chance to visit either of The Mint Museum locations, please do so. The Mint Museum has two locations in Charlotte. The Uptown location can be found in the heart of the Levine Center for the Arts located just blocks from Bank of America Stadium downtown, and the Randolph location is located minutes from downtown off of Randolph Road.
Originally a United States Mint for minting gold coins, the original building was purchased by members of the community and turned into a museum in the 1930’s. After 75 years the museum now contains collections of early American arts, pottery, and contemporary crafts that are among the best in the country. I have assisted with the rebranding of museum materials, as well as assessing and assisting with the development digital media assets. Included in this gallery are just a few of the projects that I assisted with while working for The Mint.
